Nigerian University Strike Worsens as Talks Deadlock
The nationwide strike by non-academic staff in Nigeria's public universities has worsened after talks between the Federal Government and the Senior Staff Association of Nigerian Universities (SSANU) and the Non-Academic Staff Union of Educational and Associated Institutions (NASU) ended in a deadlock. The strike has paralyzed public universities across the country. The meeting was held in Abuja and Jos.
