Overview
Opro News accepts paid advertising from businesses and individuals. All advertisements are reviewed by our team before going live. By submitting an ad campaign, you agree to this Advertising Policy.
Accepted Advertising
We accept advertising for:
- Legitimate products and services legally available in the advertiser's market
- Events, promotions, and business announcements
- E-commerce, apps, and digital services
- Brand awareness campaigns
Prohibited Advertising
We do not accept advertising for:
- Illegal products or services
- Tobacco, vaping products, or related accessories
- Weapons or dangerous materials
- Pornographic or adult content
- Get-rich-quick schemes, pyramid schemes, or MLM promotions
- Deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent claims
- Content that discriminates based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, or sexuality
- Political campaign advertising
- Unregulated financial products
Ad Review Process
All submitted campaigns are reviewed within 1–3 business days. We reserve the right to reject any submission that does not meet our standards. If your ad is rejected, you will be notified by email with the reason.
Creative Requirements
- Images must be clear, high quality, and relevant to the advertised product or service
- Ad copy must be accurate and not misleading
- Landing pages must be functional and match the ad's claims
- HTML ads must not contain scripts that attempt to collect user data or redirect without consent
Payment & Refund Policy
Payment is required in full before your campaign enters our review queue.
✓ Full Refund Guarantee on Rejected Ads
If your ad campaign is rejected for any reason, we will issue a full refund of your payment within 3–5 business days. You will not be charged for a campaign that does not go live. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
Additional refund terms:
- No refunds are issued for approved campaigns that have already started running
- If your campaign is approved but the scheduled start date has not yet arrived, you may request a cancellation — contact us and we will review it on a case-by-case basis
- Partial refunds may be considered for campaigns cancelled mid-run due to a proven technical error on our part
Advertiser Responsibility
Advertisers are responsible for ensuring their ads and landing pages comply with applicable laws. Opro News is not liable for any claims arising from advertised products or services.
