Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe content on Opro News infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice that includes:

Your full name, address, and contact information
Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
The URL(s) on Opro News where the allegedly infringing content appears
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf
Your electronic or physical signature

Submit your notice via our contact page with the subject "DMCA Notice".

Our Response

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

Remove or disable access to the content in question promptly
Notify the content submitter if applicable
Take appropriate action for repeat infringers

Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:

Your contact information
Identification of the removed content and its URL before removal
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake
Your consent to jurisdiction of the appropriate court

Repeat Infringers

Opro News will terminate access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
