Africa's Largest Representation in Global Accelerator Programme

Amazon Web Services (AWS) has announced the fourth cohort of its Social Entrepreneur Accelerator, featuring three Nigerian organisations among its 42 members. This selection marks Africa's largest representation in the global programme, with the continent contributing nine organisations from six countries, including Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, South Africa, Cameroon, and Tanzania.

The selected Nigerian organisations are Sabi Scholar, Kayode Alabi Leadership, and Wetech Inc. These organisations have been chosen to join a global cohort of 42 from 16 countries, including the USA, Australia, India, the UK, and others. The AWS Social Entrepreneur Accelerator, in collaboration with Deloitte, provides technical training, strategic business planning, and ongoing AWS and Deloitte support to help mission-driven organisations scale some of the world's most urgent challenges across education, health, and climate resilience.
