Osun Election: Human Rights Lawyer Urges US, UK to Sanction Senator Over Threat

However, he was unimpressed by the candidate of the African Democratic Congress, whom he accused of making broad campaign promises without providing clear implementation plans.

Adeyanju praised the combative approach of the All Progressives Congress candidate, saying the opposition candidate appropriately challenged the incumbent governor and questioned the management of state resources. He, however, condemned Fadaunsi's alleged remarks and urged all leading candidates in the election to condemn any threat or call for violence against political opponents.
