Brooklyn Peltz Beckham has taken his family feud to a whole new level – and this time, he's getting paid for it.
The 27-year-old posted a video ad for food delivery platform DoorDash on Tuesday morning (AEST), where he sits on a grey couch holding World Cup tickets. 'You're probably wondering why I'm watching the FIFA World Cup 2026 from home,' he says with a smirk. 'It's a long story.' Then he drops the tickets on the coffee table.
The ad is the latest jab in an increasingly public war between Brooklyn and his parents, David and Victoria Beckham. It dropped just days after Brooklyn accused the family of staging a 'choreographed' stunt for the cameras.
Here's what went down: Last Friday (LA time), David Beckham received his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Brooklyn and his wife, Nicola Peltz Beckham, were notably absent. The other kids and Victoria were all there.
Hours after the ceremony, paparazzi captured 14-year-old Harper Beckham stepping out of an SUV at Brooklyn's LA mansion. She knocked, got no answer, and slid a note under the door. New York Post photographers caught the whole thing.
But here's the kicker – Brooklyn was in New York at the time. He posted a jogging selfie on his Instagram story showing he wasn't even in LA. His rep told Page Six: 'That photographers were in place as the letter was hand-delivered says it all — this was choreographed for the cameras.'
A Beckham family spokesperson hit back, calling the allegation 'clearly nonsense' in a statement to The Sun on Sunday.
This isn't a new rift. Back in January, Brooklyn posted a bombshell statement to his 16.1 million followers. 'I do not want to reconcile with my family,' he wrote. 'I'm not being controlled, I'm standing up for myself for the first time in my life.'
He accused his parents of 'trying endlessly to ruin' his relationship with Nicola before, during, and after their 2022 wedding. 'My wife has been consistently disrespected by my family, no matter how hard we've tried to come together as one,' he said.
He claimed Victoria cancelled Nicola's wedding dress plans – Nicola had been excited to wear Victoria's design – 'forcing her to urgently find a new dress'. He also said that when the couple were called for their first dance by DJ Marc Anthony, Victoria stepped in. 'Instead my mum was waiting to dance with me. She danced very inappropriately on me in front of everyone. I've never felt more uncomfortable or humiliated in my entire life.'
The couple renewed their vows in August 2025, led by Nicola's father, Nelson Peltz. The Beckhams didn't attend.
David and Victoria have mostly stayed quiet publicly. In January, at the World Economic Forum in Davos, David said: 'Children are allowed to make mistakes, that's how they learn. So that's what I try to teach my kids. But you know, you have to sometimes let them make those mistakes as well.'
Victoria told the Wall Street Journal in April that she and David were 'trying to do the best we can' as parents. 'Being a parent of young adult children and adult children, gosh, I mean, it's very different from having little children,' she said.
'I do not want to reconcile with my family.'
The DoorDash ad is just the latest chapter. Brooklyn is clearly not backing down – and he's making sure everyone knows it.
