He commended the Federal Government for infrastructure interventions in Edo State, particularly the rehabilitation of the Ekpoma-Ehor road, noting that the project had improved transportation and economic activities in the area.
While meeting with transport operators, Okpebholo promised to support their activities and encouraged them to join efforts towards achieving the APC's electoral objectives. He also informed members of the Edo Women Ambassadors for Renewed Hope Agenda (EWARHA) that Nigeria's First Lady would soon visit Edo state to empower women with business support loans aimed at improving their livelihoods.
The APC Deputy State Chairman, Sylvester Aigboboh, urged party members to continue supporting the administration and work towards victory in the local government and general elections. Aigboboh said retaining political leadership was necessary to sustain ongoing development efforts across various sectors of the Edo economy.
