According to her, making Akara at home was a labor of love but also stressful, especially on Sundays when she wanted to have some. Seeing a place where she could get Akara whenever she wanted was the final straw.

But what started as a passion for Akara soon blossomed into a full-fledged venture. The restaurant offers far more than just bean cakes, serving a diverse menu of local and international dishes, including burgers, pepper soup, chicken, goat meat, turkey, American and African breakfast options, ewa agoyin, yam, plantain, and potato porridge.

The move marks another foray into business for Anita, who has diversified her interests beyond the entertainment industry. This new venture taps into Nigeria's vibrant food and hospitality sector, where the demand for unique dining experiences is always high.
